A new way to interact with a computer is through a ‘brain-computer interface’. Rather than pushing buttons or even pointing with your finger, the computer reads your thoughts or emotions directly.
One use is in Jedi-like games where you control a small football with your mind. The ball runs up and down a groove between two goals: yours and your opponent’s.
The more you relax, the more the ball moves away from you, towards the other goal. The other player has to try and be more relaxed than you to move it towards your goal.
Of course the closer the ball gets to the goal, the more excited you become, making the ball lurch back towards your goal again.
The person most in control of their emotions will win!
